I joined the prenatal sessions with Dr Avnee Sarin when I was 36 weeks pregnant. Even though I started relatively late in my pregnancy,Dr. Avnee made sure each session was safe effective to my body. Under her guidance I performed a wide range of exercises that targeted my whole body-strengthening my core, improving flexibility and helping me stay active and confident.
The lower body exercises in particular were a game changer. They helped me build the strength and endurance I needed for labor. When the time came, I genuinely feel how much those sessions had prepared me.
What I appreciated most was Dr. Avnee supportive and knowledgeable approach.She explained the purpose behind every exercise and constantly motivated me to trust our body.
I truly grateful for her guidance. I would highly recommend her prenatal sessions to any expecting mother.
